Just to be clear (with myself), I mean permanently and not 6 days for 3 weeks and then no days for the next 3 weeks. Ugh…

I have two weeks of tae bo bootcamp under my belt…i’m feeling lovely…i’m already seeing (and feeling) results…and i look forward to being healthier overall!
