help the environment

I’ve done two things towards this goal this week. First I’ve written some teaching materials on global warming, and second I’ve recycled more in the home.
I’m going to do this every week – two small steps at a time.

Having kids makes me really aware of the mess the world is in. They are so lovely and I want the world to be safe and beautiful for them.
I want to promise to do what I can to keep the world this way for my children. I am going to do this by:
(a) recycling more
(b) buying less
(c) avoiding air travel a REAL sacrifice because I want to travel
(d) choosing green options when we do the house up
(e) cycling and taking the train and getting rid of my car in the Autumn.
I am also going to use my work to help other people learn about environmental issues.
