A good fiber day! 2 years ago

For breakfast, consumed a tangerine and some chocolate silk (soymilk) on the way to work.

Had a tuna salad wrap (with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, olives, banana peppers, and jalapenos, onions, spinach wrap) for lunch.

For afternoon snack, had a Fiber One bar (>30% daily allowance of fiber).

For dinner, customized a California Club sandwich (low fat swiss) with fresh fruit (cantaloupe and strawberries).
