but I have a little help 3 years ago

I use Exo, which has 14 different fruit and plants. Exo is I think, equivilant to 5 full servings, but it comes in one little 3/4 ounce gel pack
that is so easy to take with
in my pocket, purse or briefcase!
I just rip and sip-it’s delicious, and contains:

Blueberry,
Dark Grape,
Cranberry,
Bilberry,
Aronia,
Pomegranate,
Aloe Vera,
Noni,
Para Guava,
Acerola,
Wolfberry,
Açai,
Ashwaganda,
and
Rooibos

some of which I just never find in the grocery store! :D

We are trying to use our VitaMix to better advantage
(looking for good gaspacho recipes for that as well)

For the rest, we have a plate of carrot sticks, celery, red, green and yellow pepper strips etc with a low cal dip in the fridge

but lets face it, its tough to get it all done in this hyper paced era we live in!
