Give up 2 years ago

These are 2 words that are not in my vocabulary. But after much stress, physical strain, and personal humiliation, I’m ready to try a new approach. I’ve spent 14 years trying to make something of myself and beat back the clock, while evading terminal illness. Everytime I let myself be happy with hope I get beat down with the bat of failure. I’m really tired…....
So my new approach is to let go. Give in to fate. It’s better for my health, I think. By the way, I’m not japanese hence the daily humilation part.
