got rent coming in.
got a interest free credit card for balance transfer.
will be able to knock those babies down.
dealing with the interest rate hikes as they come, not going to fix the loan if I dont have to.
I am on the way to being out of debt (I don’t count the home loan as ‘debt’.. not yet).
