I did cardio this morning like I said I would. I kept it pretty high-intensity to keep my metabolism kickin’. I feel really good today. :)

Worked arms yesterday and legs the day before that. Now my whole body is sore. What a wonderful feeling. I think today I’m just going to do some cardio.
I worked out this morning, and I’m quite sore from the ordeal. I’m thinking I might do one day with weights, one day cardio, and one day off, in that order. Would that work?
I’m going PTing with Cal and Jeff after work this morning. I’m hoping the feeling will get me back into the swing of things.
This body of tempered steel will have:
1) a 32” waist
2) plenty of muscle tone and definition
3) a built upper body, with focus on chest, shoulders, and arms
4) toned and firm legs and glutes
