Crying over spilt milk

Alone on the sofa with no plans for the night, and find that I am crying because I am jealous of my friends who are happy and successful. Have you ever done that? I’ve discovered face book and although its lovely to see what they’ve done since we last spoke, I can’t help but feel like a complete failure. My life hasn’t been a bowl of cherries and sitting on the sofa reflecting over my life, I want to blame everything, everyone other than myself. Why, because its easier than trying to change it and do something about it. The reason, because I am lazy and stubbon and I’d rather cry and don’t know how to go about sorting out my life!
Any suggestions?????
