At home, though, o! Too much wheat flour and sugar. Go away!



This is harder than I thought it was going to be. 17 months ago

I just ate shit today.
That’s because I have absolutely no money left and there wasn’t anything at home.
I just had some cookies (with oatmeal, at least), some toasted crumpets with salsa and margarine and fried onions with spices. That’s it. Oh, and one red pepper. That was the only good thing. I neither enjoyed the ‘food’, nor was it wholesome or anything close to that.

I want a huge salad, tomatoes with mozzarella and olive oil, tarator, a big red juicy water melon, fresh veggie soups, sushi, all kinds of fruit juices and hearty brown bread with a thick crust. Aww… :(



Eat more foods that are good for me. 17 months ago

I’ve really neglected my diet recently. I need to get way more veggies, fruits and salads. I’ve only been eating pasta and sandwiches. All that wheat… Bad! I really miss brown bread. Next week I’m going on a holiday to Vienna, so hopefully I’m going to get my dose of high quality carbohydrates and fresh garden salads. Yum!
Also, I would like to cook more, not just make a sandwich, but a real meal! And eat more stuff that I like, such as sushi.
