I'm in again 9 months ago

I had neglected this for too long, because my food issues seemed to have gotten much better. However, it’s become worse again, and I’ve returned to my food & mood log. The first thing I noticed is that I’m getting way too little iron. So now I updated my list of what foods (that I can tolerate) I should eat at what time, and I’m going to take care of this again.



Managing quite well 2 years ago

I’ve been using fitday.com for a week now. It’s quite a good site, though it has a huge emphasis on losing weight, which is not my goal. I’m using it rather to make sure that I get enough calories, to better my nutrient uptake and to record my foods so I can find out where my symptoms come from and develop a good rotation diet for me.
