Well, C has some weights in the house, and knows a few exercises and they seem to be reducing his belly so I’m gonna have a go in conjunction with the running.
My belly measurement (at bellybutton height) is currently between 39 and 40” – argh! – and I wanna get that down to about 32. So the plan is to exercise with weights every day I am not running. And to research some exercises particularly good for abs, which feel very weak.
