Getting motivated is my main issue here. If I can get motivated to start, I will have achieved this goal. On rare occasions, I can get motivated and work efficiently for short time periods of less than three days. After the three days, I get bored, and I find myself incapable of working for a long while. Basically, I need to find a method of rejuvenating my motivation forces.
I don’t think there is anything in my mind telling me not to do whatever I need to do. If I make a list, I use it for the purpose of checking that I have done everything on which I cannot procrastinate; I skip everything else.
