I bought a new camera a few weeks ago… and a good camera bag, a tripod, and a couple of lenses. Those were all planned purchases… now I’m planning on not spending any more money for a while and paying down some debt.
I got a bonus check the other day… lots of money burning a hole in my pocket. I did pretty well, though!
My computer died last weekend, so I went out and bought a new one. Got a good deal on a nice system. Not an impulse buy – I was planning on upgrading my computer anyway. I also restrained myself from getting a couple of extra features that I really didn’t need.
I also went shopping for replacement headphones for my 2 GB iPod. I did not buy the 80 GB iPod that caught my eye. I also didn’t buy the $40 replacement headphones. Off-brand earbuds will work just as well.
