So I got distracted for awhile and now I’m back at it.

Three weeks ago I started the Armstrong Pullup Program. Pretty happy with the results. My max when I started was 5, now I can do 9 pretty confidently. I can do more sets with less rest. I may take a break to prevent over training, but I highly recommend to anyone.

So I tried 4 sets of 5 with medium success. I was happy with the progress on the first 2 sets but I really need to work on the later sets.

5 sets of 4 today. That makes for 20 total, but the quality is not where I want them. Practice should correct that.
