teach english in a foreign country

One of my professors this summer was on the board for the JET program in Japan. I’m so excited! He is so nice and he would be the perfect reference if I decided to to the JET program. We meet on Monday to talk of strategy. So awesome!

I plan on teaching in Japan from April 2009- April 2010 possibly longer if I like it a lot. I’m also planning on teaching in China from August 2010 to June 2012 (Yes I planned that far ahead already.) The grad-school I’m hoping to attend (before the masters/ doctorate in Geography in Japan) is Prescott College. It’s a distance learning school so I can live wherever I want as long as I can get back twice a year for seminars.
