Working on the Raleigh, NC area brigade

We’re hanging over at http://ruby.meetup.com/3/, and things have gone pretty well so far. I just put up the details of our upcoming meetup (4/14), and three folks (including myself :-) have already RSVP’d.
Our first meeting ever was August 12th, 2004, and so far I’ve never ended up being completely alone (we did skip December, though). I’ve found coming up with compelling topics and/or activities to be somewhat challenging, though, and would love to hear any suggestions ya’ll have for that.
