... well, pretty much done …

I’m just under 54kgs now which is great considering my lowest was 49kgs in June :(

My target was 54kgs (to makle me a normal BMI) but I’m sure with xmas dinner tomorrow that’ll bump it up :)

And I’m not too concerned with exact numbers anymore anyway; I feel healthy, I don’t look disgusting – you can no longer see my ribs, hips and cheekbones, and I feel ok in myself weight-wise. So I’m marking this as done, as numbers are just numbers and are nothing compared to feeling non-disgusted & not ashamed when I look in the mirror :)

Yay! I’ve put on 2 kgs (6lbs) :D

I have to eat constantly, squeezing it in throughout my day but am ultimatley very pleased with myself :D I’m getting used to it.

That’s taken about 6 weeks. I’m aiming to weigh 54kgs at least for September as I’ve 3 weddings to go to and would like to look all cuddly and healthy and non-bony for them :D

Y’know what’s helping me … wii fit. Yes. It weighs me everyday and records it. Turns out I am putting on tiny measures every time. It plots a graph with my weight and BMI and shows me how close I am to my target weight. No one else I know wants to put weight ON so I’ve always felt really alone with my problem, but maybe all I needed was someone to give me encouragement and work with me. Help does come in the strangest forms. I only got it ‘cause I thought it’d be fun!

Completely disheartened :( 13 months ago

I’ve lost another 2kgs :(

Just due to 1 week of having the cold.

And now my bmi is so low, about 16 or 17, that my periods have stopped.

I eat about the same amount, if not more, than the average person.
I don’t go out my way to exercise.
I make myself eat so much I get fed up eating.
I do have an issue sometimes with not eating when I’m alone but I’ve been dealing with that and have been good the last few months.
Just the thought of eating meat as a desperate last resort makes me sick and brings me close to tears.

I just don’t know what to do :(



I asked ths doctor yesterday... 15 months ago

...and she just looked at me confused and suggested eating more pasta… hm… I can do that, yes, but not overly optimistic if it’ll work… tra la la…



I've been 52kgs for the last 6 or 7 years! 15 months ago

I want to gain 2kgs at least. Anyone got any advice? My doc recommended cheese and chocolate! Awesome! But to no avail…
