no progress to report. I stopped stretching for a good month and now it seems I remain at half-way.

This is coming along nicely. I’m to what I consider a half-way point. I am twice as flexible as when I started.
I’ve been stretching just about every day since originally posting this goal. Progress is limited. Today I’ve snooped around and printed out tips which I will read tonight and begin implimenting asap.
This seems to have a lot to do with being limber all over. The farther apart my feet get the more I notice the muscle and tendon behind my knees aching and as I reach over to grab toes/ankle my back muscles get a great stretch.
Slowly but surely. Every day pushing for more.
