Eat vegetables at lunch 6 days out of 7
Completing this is just a matter of organization; don’t mind doing it.

If I can find 12 ways to improve my diet/eating and make them habits, in one year I’ll be way ahead!
So far, I have completed “automate breakfast” so it will be a baker’s dozen mini-goals!
