1. I don’t want to buy one of the wine making kits, it seems like in the end it is just cheating and no less expensive than some of the high end low cost wines that I get.
2. I have no friends who have done this
3. A lot of the internet guides look like they would make crappy and deadly wine. How do you know you got out the bad alcohols?
4. How do you cultivate a yeast for wine. I want self sufficiency, I don’t want to have to keep buying yeast.
Beyond my troubles, I have made some progress. I have some grape vines growing, and a collection of fancy bottles.
