I tried on my dress and feel great wearing it-I will continue my callenetics and have decided that I do not need to buy Spanx to wear under it-YEAH!

I learned some of the basic exercises from the videos and have been starting my day with her warm up body stretch, neck stretches, 100 arm exercises, then I do 100 of these thigh scoops, 100 each of 3 different ab exercises…I actually feel my body changing. Yeah! Maybe I won’y need spanx for my dress!
I have been so tired and a bit sore from the workouts, but I managed to throw in my pm calanetics workout the past 2 days…
okay, I did my behind and hips 20 minute workout today and I feel it ;) maybe I will do some abs before I go to bed…
completed my calanetics tape for stomach (20 mins) and was really motivated so I also did the tape for behind and hips (20 mins)- I FEEL IT!
I have done callanetics off and on over the past year and whenever I do 20 mins of her exercises, I feel great. The results are fantastic, but I need to commit to being consistent. I have an event on August 25th where I will be wearing a very body conscious dress, so I am motivated to do this! I will do a minimum of 3 times a week and hopefully will do it daily for the next 25 days!
