I need major help with this! I have a huge problems with carbs and they are not helping me succeed in my diet. I’m not a fan of low-carb diets because I’d have to change my entire lifestyle forver for just this nutriet, but at the same time…I need to cut back and balance with other goodies!
Today, I failed miserably. I had an ENTIRE row of Ritz Roasted Veggie crackers (okay, not that you need to know if this is your goal-but they are FANTASTIC). Then I had a roll of bread, 2 whole wheat waffles…among other foods. Very, very bad day.
I need to balance foods better! Help me out!
What would happen if all you ate was bread! YUMMMMMMM!
