My plan is going rather well so far. It’s not perfect, I’ve slipped up a lot, but I figure that I’m doing something and that is a good start.
My plan is to walk a half hour each morning when I wake up and to walk another half hour sometime after dinner. I plan to eat light meals and eat much more fruit and vegetables.
I have lost some weight, but I don’t know how much. Each scale I’ve ever used is different! I guess I should focus on the importance of being healthy and not weight necessarily, but it’s hard not to. I want to look perfect! This is a problem for me because I don’t know what my perfect is.
Anyway, bought a pedometor to help in the process and to try and reach 10,000 steps a day. Problem with it is, if I barely move sometimes it counts as a step. At least it is fairly accurate. I imagine once I get on campus again this fall it will be easier to get to the 10,000 steps!
Any other fitness ideas I can incorporate? Walking seems to be the best and easiest form for me. Do you know any other easy ways to start toning muscle? I hate all situp related activities because my back. Any ideas? Thanks!
