week 3 I lost nothing!!!
week 4 I lost 3lbs, so in total since the first of may I have lost 11lbs which is way off the 28lbs to go mark to some ppl it may sound reasonable and of course I am grateful to be 11lbs lighter but I cant help feeling a lil disappointed in myself like if I couldn’t complete the challenge

hi every1 this week I lost a further 4 lbs…. but I really wanted to lose a lil more maybe 5 or 6 lbs
I have a max of 800cal a day and each wednesday I usually do a detox where I dont eat I just drink water and fruit juice
also I go for regular evening runs for aroud 25 mins with a 5-15 min walk for a cool down but I want to lose around 5-6 lbs a week to reach the goal of 28 lbs by the 31/05/08 which is now 20 days away please help if you can

Today I did my official weigh in and I have lost 4lbs Im very pleased with this as it means im on target!!! I have to lose around 5lbs a week to lose 28lbs by 31/03/2008
Im going out for a morning run I can’t wait to c how much I lose this week!!!
I will update all of you each Sunday

28lbs to go

Hi every1 I have set myself a goal to lose 28lbs or more within the next 31 days….it is seriously not easy
but I was wondering if anybody has any hints or tips for losing weight quickly?...im fairly strict with my diet and never ever eat after 6pm
But its the actual excersise and motivation part that I find hard has any1 got any ideas?
