Give blood

..and I hope this will help somebody in need.
I think we should all give blood if possible and not dangerous for our health. :)

I was a bit afraid about the needle but everything went perfectly.
They told me that I can help an average of three people, especially newborn.
I am so happy and I think I’ll give blood again in the future.

I have blood type 0- .
I MUST give blood, because type 0- is the universal type!
I did the preliminary blood tests a couple of weeks ago, now I’m waiting for my results to be sent by mail and then if everything is OK [I think so ;) ] I should give blood for the first time in September!
I have quite fragile veins and maybe my arm will hurt a bit, but it’s for an excellent reason! :)
