stop being so shy

So i just got my first job. It’s calling people and giving surveys. Probably the worst job for a shy person but i think it’s already helped me a little bit. So far i’ve been hung up on, yelled at, and finally completed my first survey which took about 5 minutes of talking to somebody I don’t even know. I hope this helps me be able to talk to people easier. We’ll see.

i’ve been shy ever since i was a kid but i’m trying to work on it now. the hardest part for me is trying to talk to someone i don’t know. my brain kinda shuts down and i have no idea what to say. i don’t know why i get so nervous around new people but i think i’m going to get a job. maybe that will help.
