When I walk to work it’s 40 minutes there and 40 mins back so I guess that counts, but so far I tend to be pretty tired when getting home from work so I’m not doing anything else! I live right by a leisure centre though, so perhaps I need to start off by trying to go swimming or to an exercise class once a week and see where I go from there?
I always think that doing something in the mornings would be good, like sit ups or something – can anyone recommend a good website for finding a short routine?
