Day 5, I think it is now. I’m going OK – not feeling too hungry etc. BUT, we did have a pizza for tea the other day, does that count as a balanced third meal? It had tomato and onion on it….

Well, back from Cyprus (all inclusive!) and have started – I’m on day 2 right now. Feeling OK, but it’s 3.45 and I’m looking forward to teatime! However, I know that this will give me a good kick start so I’m going to do my best to stick with it! Plus I walked to work this morning, even though it was FREEZING (snowing now) so that’ll help too! :)
I’ve done it before (nearly properly too!) and it worked pretty well then. But just eating cereal twice a day is pretty lame and therefore hard work. Plus I’ve not been grocery shopping in ages so haven’t stocked up on the requisite cereal and milk.
And I hope people at work don’t laugh at me!
