143.5 lbs according to the scale at the gym. I guess I have been slowly trying to cut out certain foods and thinking about the calories I eat.
My friend gave me some WW materials. Looks like I should start up the food journal again. I hear it is a proven weight-loss tool.
i’m at 144 lbs. But i had a donut this morning! I averted a fast-food stop last night and had mac n cheese instead. I think my goal should be to limit my french fry intake to once a week. I had fries on Sunday, so I shouldn’t have fries again until at least Friday.
One more week to go on my food journal, then I have to seriously look at my “offenders”.
I’ve been faithfully recording everything I eat every day in an effort to identify my “problem” areas. I will do this for at least another week.
yesterday bought book “French Women Don’t Get Fat” and starting reading it. So far it seems to fit with my philosophy. Started my food journal last night.
Jan 7: 147 lbs. My goal weight is 137 lbs, which I wish to achieve by Dec 31 2008.
