i decided to think about the amount of time since i started complaining about my body and bla, bla, bla. i’m not interested in losing weight, it means almost nothing to me. the problem is the belly fat, that’s what’s bothering. intead of complaining so much about it and doing not a thing to change it, i decided to push myslef to achieve what i want. by the end of the year, i hope to have a significant improvement.
what i’m supposed to do:- do not drink soda or beer.
- eat sweets only one day per week.
- eat better, eat healthier.
- drink more water.
- drink more green tea.
- do not be hours and hours without a thing on my stomach.
- exercice: yoga, long walks, whatever.
- be positive
- be self-disciplined
- motivate myself
