finish my masters degree

I just submitted the final project after several final tweaks to catch picky tiny errors. Hopefully that pays off with my grade on it!

I am so proud of myself, but it will really sink in when I see whether I earned As this term. Grades aren’t everything, but I have a 4.0 up until now, and I would really like to graduate somewhere with a cumulative 4.0!

Unfortunately, my university doesn’t post grades until right around Christmas, so now I have a long wait to find out how I did.

I had two assignments left. Today one was turned in, and the other was completed. I’m going to hold off on submitting the one I just completed because I caught a lot of picky details that I otherwise might have missed as I worked on it tonight…So I’m going to rest up and give it a fresh look tomorrow. If I’m still pleased with it, I am going to turn it in so that it’s done before the “finishing everything!” celebration I planned for myself on Monday. :)

I go home work and work on my final projects for at least three hours each night, yet I feel like I’m not making any progress. I’ll be done in less than a week, so I’d better see the light at the end of the tunnel soon!!

This week I finished my twelfth class, which was the portfolio building class necessary for graduating. My portfolio is now complete!!!

Compared to that hurdle, the coursework I have left in my last two classes is cake. Bring on December 8 when it’s all done!

I usually only write when I finish a class, but this term has been so overwhelming that I am simply proud of my high marks in it so far!

In roughly five weeks my big final project is due. So far so good with it. After it’s done, the final two classes will be cake in comparison.

Everything will be done on December 8. I cannot wait!

Today I turned in my final assignment for my second summer class. I finished my other class with a perfect score(!!), and think I fared OK with this course too, although I have some fear that I’ll end up with an A- rather than an A. Not the end of the world, though!
I have a couple of weeks off before my FINAL term begins. And exactly four months from today I will be done with this master’s!

I never updated on #9. After screwing up and writing to the prof, everything was good as new. He basically said he wouldn’t have noticed had I not pointed it out, and didn’t penalize me for pointing it out. You can’t discount the mellowness factor of someone who’s lived in Berkeley for longer than I’ve been alive!

This summer I’ve been taking two classes. I finished one last week (10/14), and will finish the other by August 6. I’ll post when those are done! :)

As my final semester quickly approaches, I just registered for my final term. The next step is the final tuition bill – thankfully it is before tuition will jump again in my state. Hurray! It’s in sight!

Well, I screwed up a bit, but am officially done with the requirements for my ninth class. I may not end up with the grade I want, but it’ll be good enough. I’m just glad I caught my mistake before the term ended, so that I at least gave myself the chance to make up for it, even if it won’t count for anything.
Nine classes done; five to go. Bring it on!

Tonight I stayed up late to finish off my paper for my eighth class. That’s right, I’m up to 8/14 completed—not bad!! :)
