Get a physical

I got my blood drawn this morning and the test results were posted tonight. I’m doing OK…At my age I don’t have much to worry about anyhow, but grocery shopping tonight I bought a box of Cheerios anyways just to make sure I keep my cholesterol low and healthy! :)

I saw the doctor, but because no one told me to fast (and I was silly and didn’t think of it), I didn’t get bloodwork done. Now I have to go back to give some blood… I’m a bit scared about it because it always makes me so dizzy, but I’ll survive it. :)

Scheduled an appointment for one online through KP. It’s been years since I’ve had one, so it’s time. The appointment should happen in late August/early September. Hurray!
