Haven’t drank (or craved) soda since Saturday. Doing well! I mean, yeah, that’s only 3 or so days, but for me that’s extremely good.

After I finish the soda that’s in my fridge I’m going to try to give it up cold turkey, or at least drastically decrease my intake until I can fully give it up.
I’ve definitely decreased my soda intake, by a bunch, but I haven’t completely given it up yet.
I’ve been doing really well not drinking soda at work. I think its a big step because I have an infinite amount of soda available to me while I’m there, but I’ve been choosing water over it and sometimes if I’m really sick of water I’ll have a little lemonade.
I’m going to try to start with giving it up at work. I really don’t even like the soda at work, because it just tastes funny (you know how all different fountain drinks taste a little different?). So I’m not really sure why I drink it so much if I don’t even really like it.
I’ll try to stick to water and lemonade while I’m at work until that feels normal to me and then I’ll try to tackle the soda outside of work.
Geez, I’ve been trying to do this for a long time. I’m addicted to soda.
I’ve learned that giving it up cold turkey doesn’t work, so I’m going to do it slowly.
My goal for right now is to have 2 or less sodas a day.
