find an internship

After calling what seems like every Counseling agency in the city, I’ve had no luck yet. I did get invited to a networking event with play therapists on election day and will be going. Maybe someone there would be able to supervise my internship. I’m being kinda picky because it seems really silly to do a year-long internship in a place where I don’t see myself ever working. I’m ruling out intensive drug treatment programs because I really have had enough of the addicts in my current job, and I’m also ruling out places that don’t have anything to do with kids. I may get rid of this stipulation if I can’t find anywhere else, but for now, I want kids to be involved in some way.
