This may be my last great winter break for years. I’m going to make the most of it by:
-writing the next great American short story
-picking up my guitar
-maybe going to IL for a week or two
-completing one more graduate school application (it seems almost indulgent to work on an application without having to worry about any other responsibilities)
-reading a ton of books while spending days in bed
-practicing for my belt testing
-putting on my warm boots, wool coat, and going on long walks
-drinking lots of great hot drinks – earl grey, mochas, chai lattes, hot chocolate, coffee with sweetened condensed milk, ...
But now, I have to go study for finals.
