Activities spicing up old jeans, learning to sew from a pattern, sewing a tote bag, making socks for my friend’s dog, and DIY-ing my Halloween costume (fairy wings, pirate hat, corset)

Activities hand-making garments, figuring out my clothing size, decorating donation clothing, designing outfits, confirming “established” and “fad” trends, and being a real designer (designing + sewing).

Comments A couple mistakes here and there, but they aren’t big… The collar is a little thin, so I need to add some interface to it. Sleeves should be very short! because I’m short! Overall, I love it and I think it was very successful.

Updated 12/23: I don’t effin’ care if I finish my sketchbook or not; I made a craft business, for goodness sakes!!!

2 Decorating my room DIY-style! or at least using the least amount of $ I can! _{NOT DONE YET!}
Updated 01/27: This is another goal I have on 43things, so I’ll leave that for later… but my Alternative Art Media class gives a great selection for express our “creative” side, so instead of filling a sketchbook, I’ll actually be hand-making one. Boo-yah!
