find a best friend

Well, an old friend and I have begun getting closer than we once were. Talking and hanging out more. Problem is my boyfriend /hates/ her. (issues from the past) And to add to that I /really/ dislike her two son’s dad who happens to be my boyfriend’s good, if not best friend. sigh I don’t need a complicated friendship right now but I’m afraid this is as good as it’s going to get. Most of the other girls around here my age are whores. D:

I’ve lost a lot of friends since high school, which is sad since I only graduated in 2006. Anyways, I recently reconnected with two old friends and i’m still friends with my “old” best friend but I just don’t see myself really getting close enough to become best/close friends again or new. I’ll just have to wait and see I guess.
