i’d been going to the gym, but i just got really,really bored.
so i need something new. i’d like to get one of those boxing bags but since it’s expensive and i’d have to idea how to install, i filled a small bag with clothes to give the effect. it’s not bad.
i was thinking of getting a DDR dance pad. could be fun.

what else could i do? i want to exercise, but pointless repetitions are not for me. i need to do something that makes sense. i don’t like the gym. it’s very unnatural.

and i love to swim but i kinda hate going to the pool. so many people. specially airhead teens. besides, you can never really do much,cause of the afore mentioned ‘people’

i just joined a gym, but im having trouble gathering the strenght lately. i’ve been working extra shifts at work and i don’t like to spend my few free hours in the gym.
i guess i oughta starting doing things at home, while i’m catching up on my shows

i went swimming for a while today.
my time underwater is really improving, soon i hope to cross the lenght of the pool underwater.

lately ive been kind of lazy. only went to the gym once
ive done other things, i was on the elyptic machine for a while, gone to the pool, etc.

i really need to get my bike fixed.

i only went to the gym once this week but i did make up for it. i spent an hour swimming on wednesday and i spent all afternoon playing and running with my nephew.

at least is finally starting to show. i dropped one size in pants, lost some weight and my sister, who i havent seen for months, told me today i looked thinner :D

all this is more motivation to keep working out.

i’d like to go running, but i am a bit scared of stray dogs.

guess the only thing i can do is avoid the streets that have too many of them.

i wanna swim more. i really enjoyed it.

i’ve been going to the gym for six weeks now. i’ve been walking and i finally got my bike fixed and wanted to go out for a ride but the weather’s against me.

i haven’t been working out daily, but i’ve been doing it pretty regularly. i dont know if i can do it daily.

ive been trying to get up early and go to run but so far i havent managed to drag myself out of bed.
will try harder, starting on monday,.

so maybe not everyday, but i am going to the gym three or four times a day and i do walk often.
tomorrow i gotta remember to go get my bike tires inflated, cause i really miss riding my bike and since it’s almost summer i finally can again

i’m going to the gym today to find out how much does it cost.
i want to start running but it’s mid winter and in my city it’s impossible to run outside until october, at the earliest.

besides running, i also like spinning, i rode my bike a lot in the summer, but again, in winter, is a very bad idea.

and im going to star doing abs, too. i used to, a while back and i want to start again

i did manage to get out of bed this morning and go for a run.
i realized two things. 1. my physical shape is quite poor 2. i desperately need some decent sports shoes.
i’m gonna go buy some new sneakers and other related things today

i usually walk a lot. about an hour every day. walking to and from school takes about 40 mins. then there’s the walking while i’m at school. it’s a big campus. ibut it isn’t enough.
i want/need to do more.
tomorrow, i’ll try to wake up earlier and go jogging before class.
i have my first class at 10, so i figured if i wake at 7 i can have breakfast, run, and have time to shower and get to class in time.
the big problem is getting out of bed at 7am
i’ve spent all my life getting up at 7am but i’m still not used to it.
