Get an MBA

Started my full-time MBA in August, and the first semester is flying by. I’ve met a bunch of great people, and have to say the courses are a little more challenging than I’d expected. I’ve lined up an internship for next summer already, so that is a weight off my back. Next up, finals.

I received a phone call this afternoon saying that I got in to the Broad MBA program at MSU! Great news. That means I can quit my stupid job this summer! Sweet.

I took the GMAT in November and did almost as well as I had hoped to. I officially applied to Michigan State’s Broad school on January 9th. Now is the hard part, waiting to hear back. And applying to more schools.

Have been studying for two weeks solid and just registered to take the GMAT. Need to keep studying every day. My goal is to average 3 hours a day. 1 on reviewing what I need to improve, and 1 each on Math and Verbal practice questions.
