Very worthwhile, but watch out for holidays, vacations, and “friends”... ...these three key sources of “temptation” can undo what you’ve done. “Potluck” suppers & lunches are the worst.
Gotta plan, Plan, PLAN to do this, and then stick with it even when you are stuck at 23 lb.s lost! Definitely have to track food at EVERY meal to make this goal! :-)
