redecorate my apartment

i’ve decided on a beach theme for the bedroom and a “volcano/earth” (reds/brown/blk/orange/yellow) one for the living room.

now if i can just get the money to make it happen…

i don’t think i’m going to be able to move like i wanted. so the next best thing is a total decoration overhaul.

i have plenty of space, and no clue how to use it. i’m going to need a lot of help and some ideas. definitely more bookshelves…

not to mention do it on not much of a budget. hmm….

i had the time last week to get some things done in the house…felt great. there’s still more work to do, but i feel like i’ve made major steps towards getting this accomplished.

i have some time off that i was supposed to be using for a road trip, but now i’m gonna use the time to redo my apartment…

i suppose that the cat will be none too thrilled. but he’ll get over it.

since i’m fairly sure i won’t be able to move this year, i figured i’d just get all the furniture i wanted.

i just bought a new comforter the other day…i have some shelves in the bedroom that need to be properly balanced.

i know i’m getting a new entertainment center at some point, a dinette table with a couple of chairs…more plants…

it’s taking shape in my mind. i just need the time/money to get it all together. i’m thinking that by the end of the summer i should have everything i need.
