Ok! well, after monday and my yoga and cardio, tuesday I did about 45 mins of cardio at the gym, and not much else, wed…took off, thurs, 30 mins of cardio at the gym and some resistance band stuff, friday, just walked the dog, Saturday, walked the dog, and then sunday did 40 mins of cardio at the gym, and later walked my dog. This week I plan on doing more strength training and my FIRM DVDs!

i don’t really have an excuse…except that “i work at a gym” and don’t want to really feel the burn with a bunch of my co-workers and members…I may have to go to a different one, or go to my work super early in order to avoid people! anti-social much?
