- Eating properly. Preparing meals for the next day at home so that I don’t eat out. Working eating well into my schedule
- Going to bed at a decent hour. This means getting back on a good sleep schedule where I’m not sleeping in shifts.
- Wake up at a decent time. Getting out of bed and starting my day when I need to.
- Regularly clean house. This also means doing the dishes. I want to keep this place clean enough for unexpected company.
Just it would be good to define this a little more so that I can start DOING it!

I feel like I’m always coming up with better and faster ways to get things done. I’m getting better at doing my homework long before it’s due, filing things in the right place, and making things work well for me in general.
While I am finding better ways to structure my life, I still lack a routine. I don’t wake up early enough to get to work on time. I don’t go to sleep until it’s way too late in the evening. Sometimes I eat horribly because I don’t plan my time well enough to eat something good for myself.
I would like to find a good way to schedule my life so that I can still do everything I like doing as well as get the necessary things done in an orderly fashion.
