Woo! It was a hard couple of months for me, and I fell out of all routines that I had in place. It happens. So today I went running. It was a lovely day for it – almost 60 degrees! There won’t be too many days like this for the next few months, so I thought I’d take advantage of it. It was a little rough, but I’m glad I did it.
So my plan is to start with twice a week for a few weeks and take it from there.
The current schedule is:
My best friend and I decided to start working out together over the summer. I love to run but hate swimming, she loves to swim but hates running, so we’re doing a tradeoff. I’m kind of excited!
I want to keep it up. I’d like to continue to go 5 days a week.
