I'm getting better about this one... 2 years ago

I’ve been keeping a much more regular sleep schedule the past 2 weeks, with only the occasional attempt to stay up till 2am and wake up on 5 hours sleep (it doesn’t work very well) ... If I can eliminate those my goal may be complete.

I’m waking up at 8:00-8:30AM on the weekends, which used to be a foreign concept ;)

I’m horrible at this, but my health demands that I do a better job at it. I made it in to work early twice this week…and tomorrow may be the third time. If I can regularize my schedule a bit, my body will thank me…
