5 out of 6 of the last days I have gone running. Probably 10 or so miles cumulative, with another 10 walking. I am getting close to my goal…but I may change it to x miles/week

After a few spotty weeks of 1-2 days of running, I’ve finally run 2 days in a row with the intent of continuing my streak saturday and maybe sunday on through as long as I can.
Right now I’m at a mix of 2 miles running and 2 walking. I’d love to get to an uninterrupted 3, eventually 5 miles running. And, of course, better stretching.
Right now 2 uninterrupted miles is my max if I pace myself.
I ran two days this week after work. It’s been a month+ since I ran before that so it feels good. Next week I hope to run 3 or 4 and stretch better.
