My Regime: Just diminished HFCS (candy) & fried food. I’m not much of a heavy carb person so I tried eating whole wheat if I was ever in the mood. My only downfall is diet sodas but I don’t drink much of that to begin with – I’m a big tea and water kinda girl. I eat a plethora assortment of meat (tofu/beans if I feel like going vegetarian), fruit, veggies, and water. That’s all you need to survive. I feel like the quintessential health freak, but it really feels amazing! Oh, and exercise about everyday cardio, weights lifting, and yoga. All set =)
