Up two lbs.
Time for action.. oh, why is it so easy to go up but not down only in the case of weight loss

Reality check!

Stepped on the scale today.
I have been doing well on the exercise front, but have been a little less vigilant about my eating.
But it is OK.. I am good at correcting when I catch it on time.
Time to control eating habits. I don’t like following regimented diets, but will be mindful of exta calories that I unnecessarily pop in. Will see how it goes.

Current BMI: 24.2.
