cut down on sugar

to varying degrees. go a few days without sugar, then eating sugar and drinking alcohol. some progress

been on ayurvedic detox past week or so. mostly managed with any sugar at all. little milk and hummus.

Mostly no sweets/ refined sugar /alcohol since Monday 9th.
Had a little ketchup/mayo. Cheese. Raisins.
wed = had more ketch/mayo
wed =1 cider
fri = apple with peanut butter/ choco spread
