The workout log is a program that consists of three basic modules that enables you to keep track of your workouts. You can plan, monitor, and/or document them.
The workout log documents and displays workouts on a day by day basis. This is where you enter the details of runs you either plan to do or of runs that you have already completed. Think of this section as a diary that contains your training efforts.
